The most important points every jjj5 player should know before getting started
You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use jjj5. We enforce this requirement at registration and at withdrawal. Accounts found to be operated by underage users will be closed and any balances forfeited without exception.
Each player is entitled to one jjj5 account only. Duplicate accounts, multi-accounting, or accounts shared between individuals are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.

jjj5 processes deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, Nayapay, and USDT TRC20. All transactions must originate from accounts registered in the player's own name.
Cheating, collusion, use of automated betting software, exploitation of software errors, or any attempt to manipulate game outcomes will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds held in the account at the time of detection.
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jjj5 ("the Company", "jjj5", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the jjj5 website located at https://jjj5.net and all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered therein ("the Platform").
By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement and all policies incorporated herein by reference, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.
This Agreement is written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between any translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail in all circumstances.

jjj5 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.
Each individual player is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) account on the jjj5 Platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
When creating an account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to update this information promptly if any of it changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. jjj5 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must contact jjj5 support immediately through live chat. We will investigate the matter and take appropriate action to secure your account.
jjj5 is required to verify the identity of all players as part of our compliance obligations. You may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents: a government-issued national identity card (CNIC), passport, or driver's licence; a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your Pakistani residential address; and proof of payment method ownership for the deposit method you intend to use.
Withdrawals may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. jjj5 reserves the right to close accounts and return deposits (less any amounts that cannot be returned due to transaction fees) where KYC verification cannot be completed within a reasonable timeframe.
All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. jjj5 does not accept third-party deposits. The minimum and maximum deposit amounts applicable to each payment method are displayed in the cashier section of your account and are subject to change without prior notice.
Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Allied Bank, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, Nayapay, USDT TRC20, and Retail Cash Deposit. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated at the time of transaction.
Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. jjj5 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal, regardless of whether KYC was previously completed.
Withdrawals of bonus-derived funds are subject to the wagering requirements associated with the relevant bonus. Attempting to withdraw funds before meeting applicable wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of any outstanding bonus balance.
jjj5 does not charge internal processing fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges. jjj5 has no control over and accepts no liability for any fees charged by third-party payment processors.
jjj5 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to these general bonus terms which apply universally.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific bonus terms, all bonuses must be wagered a minimum number of times before any withdrawal of bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limit are stated in each bonus offer.
jjj5 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. Actions constituting bonus abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; making low-risk or mathematically risk-free bets solely to fulfil wagering requirements; using automated software to complete bonus wagering; and colluding with other players to exploit promotional structures.
Where bonus abuse is identified, jjj5 reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and all associated winnings, and to suspend or permanently close the account of any player found to have engaged in such conduct.
Welcome bonuses are available to new players only, on their first qualifying deposit. Players who have previously held a jjj5 account under any name, email address, device, or payment method are not eligible for welcome bonuses. Eligibility is determined at jjj5's sole discretion.
All casino games available on the jjj5 Platform are provided by licensed third-party game providers. The rules of each individual game are governed by the game provider's own published rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between the on-screen display and the game server result, the server result shall be the definitive record.
In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or connection failure that affects the outcome or recording of a bet, jjj5 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the player's account. jjj5 is not liable for any claimed winnings arising from a game error, and any winnings paid out in error may be reclaimed by jjj5 at any time.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface or in the game lobby. jjj5 reserves the right to amend these limits at any time. Players who systematically use bet sizing strategies to circumvent bonus wagering rules may have their bonuses voided at jjj5's discretion.
jjj5 offers sports betting markets including cricket (including PSL and international Pakistan fixtures), football, UFC, and other sports. All sports bets are subject to these general terms as well as the specific betting rules published in the sports betting section of the Platform.
jjj5 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including after initial acceptance, if it determines that the bet was placed in error, based on incorrect odds, or in circumstances where the integrity of the market is in question. Bets accepted in error at clearly incorrect odds may be voided and the stake returned.
In the event that a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise fails to reach its scheduled conclusion, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules for that sport and market type as published on the Platform. Generally, matches not completed within 24 hours of their scheduled start time will be voided and stakes returned.
Odds on live in-play markets are updated in real time and may be suspended at any moment. jjj5 is not liable for any delay between events occurring in play and odds updates on the Platform. Bets placed during a suspended market may be voided at jjj5's discretion.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jjj5 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds held in the account:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jjj5 and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, even if jjj5 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
jjj5's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claims arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jjj5 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform entirely at your own risk. jjj5 is not responsible for any loss arising from reliance on information published on the Platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate.
jjj5 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of this Agreement; suspected fraud or financial crime; failure to complete KYC verification; account inactivity; or receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the player.
You may close your account at any time by contacting jjj5 support via live chat. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to KYC verification and the absence of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds.
An account is considered dormant after twelve (12) consecutive months of inactivity. jjj5 reserves the right to charge a monthly dormancy administration fee against the account balance, not exceeding PKR 500 per month, after providing prior written notice to the registered email address. Where the account balance reaches zero, the account will be closed automatically.
jjj5 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to the address on file, and a notice will be displayed on the Platform for a minimum of seven (7) days following the publication of revised terms.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your unconditional acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must stop using the Platform immediately and contact support to arrange closure of your account.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws under which jjj5 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved by negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant gaming regulatory authority.
In the first instance, disputes should be submitted to jjj5's customer support team, who will endeavour to resolve the matter within ten (10) business days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal complaints process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant licensing authority as indicated in your account documentation.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
